To place an order, simply browse our selection of books, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@bookspointplaza.com. Provide your order number and details about the book you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
At this time, we only offer shipping within US . We do not offer international shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
